In stock orders usually ship from the studio within 2 business days and generally, arrive within 2-8 business days, depending on your proximity to my studio in Georgia. Unfortunately, I am not able to ship to PO boxes.
If you need an order to arrive by a certain day for a gift, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, and I will do everything I can to accommodate your request.
When your item ships, you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email. I ship via UPS or USPS, and you may select the carrier you prefer at checkout. If you wish to sign for your package, you have the option to select this service at checkout.

***IMPORTANT NOTE*** I cannot guarantee you will or will not be charged any customs, taxes, or duties. Any customs or import fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These fees, if any, must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to orders outside the United States.
If you live locally or are visiting the Atlanta area and wish to pick up from my studio, use the code LOCALPICKUP at checkout, and shipping charges will not be applied. Then contact me at email@example.com and we can workout a mutually convenient time for you to swing by.
Although I take great care to package the pottery securely with plenty of cushioning, a rare box may arrive damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. I will need photos of the damaged item still in the packaging so I can contact the carrier with proof of delivery damage. Please keep packaging materials for claim inspection. I will, of course, facilitate an exchange so that you receive a beautiful, functional piece as soon as possible. If your order is lost or stolen upon delivery, it is most effective for you to contact UPS or USPS directly.
At Vesselry, I take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my pottery. All of my pieces are individually handmade and have a unique story and character that is reflective of the handmade process. It is extremely important to me that my customers are happy with their products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will work to find a replacement that pleases you. But as a small handcrafted business, I do not offer refunds. Items that show signs of use will not be accepted for return. All sales are final within 7 days of purchase.
BROKEN THROUGH USE
We cannot replace wares broken through use. Our handcrafted pottery is made of high-fired porcelain which is valued for its enduring strength. Cared for properly, these wares are quite durable for modern everyday use but ceramic items are breakable by nature and accidents in the home can cause ceramics to break. Please handle them with care.
DEFECTIVE & FLAWED WARES
Our handcrafted ceramics are carefully inspected prior to shipping, however, if you feel you've received defective or flawed wares, we will gladly send you a replacement item. Please email a photo fo the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can begin the replacement process and take steps to solve the issue in our studio.
