In stock orders ship from the studio within 5 business days and generally, arrive within 2-8 business days, depending on your proximity to our studio in Georgia. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to PO boxes.
Glazed-to-order pieces may take up to two weeks to prepare for you. Your piece will have the highest priority but we are a small studio, so we appreciate your patience. If you need an order to arrive by a certain day for a gift, please email us at email@example.com, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
When your item ships, you will receive a tracking/confirmation email. We ship via UPS or USPS, depending on the best rate from Roswell, Georgia without requiring a signature on delivery. If you would prefer to sign for your package, please email us when you place your order.
Although we take great care to package the pottery securely with plenty of cushioning, a rare box may arrive damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will need photos of the damaged item still in the packaging so we can contact UPS or USPS with proof of delivery damage. Please keep packaging materials for claim inspection. We will, of course, facilitate an exchange so that you receive a beautiful, functional piece as soon as possible. If your order is lost or stolen upon delivery, it is most effective for you to contact UPS or USPS directly.
At Vesselry, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All of our pieces are individually handmade and have a unique story and character that is reflective of the handmade process. It is important to us that our customers are happy with their products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work to find a replacement that pleases you. We do not offer refunds. Items that show signs of use will not be accepted for return. All sales are final within 7 days of purchase.
BROKEN THROUGH USE
We cannot replace wares broken through use. Our handcrafted pottery is made of high-fired porcelain which is valued for its enduring strength. Cared for properly, these wares are quite durable for modern everyday use but ceramic items are breakable by nature and accidents in the home can cause ceramics to break. Please handle them with care.
DEFECTIVE & FLAWED WARES
Our handcrafted ceramics are carefully inspected prior to shipping, however, if you feel you've received defective or flawed wares, we will gladly send you a replacement item. Please email a photo fo the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can begin the replacement process and take steps to solve the issue in our studio.
